Theresa Sullivan is a QA Analyst for Knowledge Management systems for a management consulting firm. As a “Knowledge Broker” for 8 years, she enjoyed defining the scope and parameters of a new position in an emerging field. She also gained significant insight into the problems faced by Fortune 500 companies, how to identify them and how to solve them. She now applies those strategies to manage the challenges and ensure the success of family and parenting. Theresa currently resides in Boston, MA, where she completed her Master’s degree in English at Boston College.
